or just a "Remove" button next to it on the right, so it's obvious? this way
you can use the same combo, but only put a "Remove" on the non-us-english
fallbacks, e.g.:
Primary: [ russian ]
Fallback: [ zulu ] ( Remove )
Fallback: [ spanish ] ( Remove )
Fallback: [ us english ]
