I've got an additional error. The type uint is undefined.

typedef unsigned int uint;
#endif

Is the above header also the place where to put the definition into ? 
(Using config.h.cmake does not work until config.h is included
src/streams/streambase.h which may be a better solution.  What do you
think ?
