libart_lgpl 2.3.18+ breaks kdelibs3

When linking libkdecore, this happens now:

./.libs/libkdecore.so: undefined reference to `art_alloc(unsigned int)'
./.libs/libkdecore.so: undefined reference to `art_free(void*)'
./.libs/libkdecore.so: undefined reference to `art_realloc(void*, unsigned 
int)'

Does anyone have a workaround/patch?
