Right.
Ah, maybe I /am/ making things up, then, but if we really put a cutoff
(which I guess was scheduled without paying attention to what day of the
week it was?) on a Monday, it certainly seems to make sense to bump it
back one day and have One Last BIC Monday For API Changes. :-)
