Yes. I talked to Scott about this, since he's not planning to work on Tenor, 
he's fine with using the word.

Personally, I think it's a good idea, too. The word has some recognition with 
the concepts behind metadata tagging and semantic frameworks and the name 
fits in very well with other pillars.
