Mozilla's Network Security Services (NSS) is widely shipped (courtesy Firefox) 
and does have SSL/TLS support.

I started on a QCA backend  for NSS (its in SVN, but not shipped) and it does 
work for the basic crypto ops (hashing, cipher). There isn't any code for TLS 
yet though, and I don't have any schedule for doing it.
