[PATCH] Konqueror crash

Hi again,

After realizing that with the previous patches no bytes were written to the
destination file, I came with this solution. As before, the assert failure
dissapears. The thing is that when the job itself is suspended/resumed we
have to take care of the background jobs that are running.
