Looks like they have discovered CSS afer all these years, and they are using 
it to cramp unrelated widgets as close together as possible. This... is... 
not something the rational mind can understand.

(I don't know if they were using CSS before, but bugzilla always looked like 
something from the stone age of the internet so I assume not)
