KIconLoader loadIcon and overlays/emblems API change

yes. the consumer of the API just says "actions name love, lock, hidden, 
favourite" but does not define positioning, size, etc. i really do think it 
is wise to keep the display and layout of the emblems internal to the icons. 
it makes it possible to do things such as you suggest above without touching 
the API.

and as long as items appearn in consistent order in the list passed in, they 
will also appear in consistent order =)
