API Freeze Reminder

Friendly Reminder:

The big API Freeze is getting close [1].
The freeze covers kdelibs [2], kdepimlibs, and the libs in kdesupport.

Optimizations, bug fixes, apidox, coding style fixes, non-public changes
are ok after the freeze.
