add findUserDir

I would also like to add a new function like this to kdecore:
QString findUserDir(const char *wich);
With arguments like "desktop", "documents", "appdata" (user specific
application data, ~/.kde), "temp" and such things, probably to
KStandardDirs.
Such a function would be importatant for windows, where the names of those
directories are localized. This would have also some advantages for unix
systems.
Is there a change of getting such a thing into KDE?
