[PATCH] Remove unused & unmaintained code

Hi all,

I noticed some very old and unmaintained cruft in the Solid::Battery class. 
I'd prefer not have code like this staying in the library to avoid future 
troubles.

I'm planning to commit this on coming monday. It basically removes the 
offending methods. Comments welcome.
