KInstance redesign

The worst part is that this clashes with the kconfig work branch, because I 
had to make quite a few changes in KConfig classes. Otherwise I'm confident 
that this will work out. In kdecore all test except kdecore-kdatetimetest 
pass. In kdeui "100% tests passed".

Anybody who want's to help me with the branch? Anybody who doesn't want to see 
this take it's way into trunk?
