Locking kdecore into memory

Hi,
One problem at the moment is that when you run an application that
goes out of control and eats all the memory, is that all the kde
libraries etc get swapped out to disk. This makes switching to any
other app etc horribly slow.
What if we lock the main kde libraries into memory (so they can't
swap out) when the user is running a kde desktop? This would only be
about 20MB or so.
Thoughts?
