Normalizing signals and slots

Well the only thing we can do to know if the gain is so important is
testing it. Maybe it is just necessary on kdelibs. Take in count the
normalizing algorithm is linear, and if in kdelibs the code is called
lots of times we have lots of times a linear algorithm that we could
have removed if we had them normalized.

If we can make it faster, why don't ?
