kedit is a stable application that shipped with kde for years. putting it in 
playground is therefore a bit silly and kdereview would simply be a formality 
given its track record. kedit is releasable code, even if kde4 as a whole 
isn't.

i think that moving code around between modules is time we could use 
elsewhere.
