Thanks for notifying.
The XML file didn't survive the SVN migration that KStuff 
underwent recently. Now it's restored and available in both old KNS format 
(index.xml) and new GHNS format (allproviders.xml), which is still not 
finished but from what I've heard some KDEers are taking on this problem in 
#p&r on irc.kde.org :-)
