moving strigi

I only outlined the changes. I'll mail a detailed description of what
will change in due time. If that is too close to monday, i'll just do
it a week later. Changing kfilemetainfo will break a lot of
kfileplugin implementations and i will make sure to have a porting
description ready before i make any change the the kdelibs trunk. Most
changes should be straightforward. Affected spots in kdebase will be
media:/, trash:/, thumbnail:/ and infolistview.
KFilePlugins in kdegraphics, kdenetwork, kdepim will have to be
carried out after the merge, because doing a complete kde branch seems
a bit too much.
