Moving kdeeduplot to kdelibs

I think the answer is: it depends on the size of the code. If it were very big,
the trouble of having one more lib would be worth it. But I had a look and it's
small (4 exported classes, in 3 files), so I agree with kdelibs/kdeui/kplot/.

BTW can the awful mix of tabs and spaces in the kplotwidget source files be 
fixed by converting the files to 4 spaces indentation?
