WARNING: kdebase reorg on monday!

hey all...

just so everyone knows, i'll be doing a bunch of reorganizing in kdebase on 
monday. please make sure you have uncommitted changes to code in kdebase 
committed before monday mid-afternoon GMT (that's about when i start working, 
being GMT-7).

i've got the layout pretty much complete here so should be able to do the 
movement as quickly as possible, i just don't want to interupt someone's work 
=) if your app is already in the "right" place (e.g. ksysguard is in 
workspace/, check!) then you don't have to worry much.

as for the runtime/ vs tools/ split, i'm still undecided to be honest. i'm 
leaning towards putting it all in runtime/ with possibly a runtime/tools/ .. 
mostly to avoid having my castle stormed with pitchfork-and-torch-bearing 
peasantry. ;)
