Moving kdeeduplot to kdelibs

going back to this proposal. In the last two days I polished the API of the 
KPlot* classes, applying also most of Simon' suggestions. The updated API 
documentation is available on EBN.
So, could I move the library to kdelibs?
- When? (tomorrow 19 Feb there should be a KDE 4 snapshot, is it ok or better 
wait for Tuesday?)
- Where? (a top-level directory inside kdelibs? kdeui? other location?)
- Name? (I guess kdeeduplot would not be ideal ;) so KPlot? other 
suggestions?)
