[KDE4] Next development snapshot coming up

I think this would be a good idea. 1 more snapshot and about 4 weeks after that
an alpha. This would convey a very good public image (progress is being made
fast) and will not mislead the end-user into thinking k3b,kdevelop and amarok
is already almost stable.
