How about kwstyle (http://public.kitware.com/KWStyle/) ?
It works now quite well for us at work.
I'm not sure it checks for everything in the style guide.
If some things are missing, you can report bugs (it's the same bug tracker as 
the cmake one) and usually they are fixed very fast :-)
