Bug 113497: JJ: Konqueror cookie settings[..]: Improved patch

Hello,

I improved the patch for bug 113497 [1] ("JJ: Konqueror cookie settings 
delete ALL cookies, even if filter is used") based on comments by John 
Tapsell. Should work better by now.

However, there is still a small inconsistency: Assume you have a cookie 
from bugs.kde.org and wiki.kde.org. In the cookie management tab's list 
view, unfold the domain "kde.org" and enter then filter by "wiki". The 
cookie from bugs.kde.org will no longer be shown. Clicking on "Delete 
All" will remove all cookies from the domain "kde.org" as its list view 
item was a visible, although it does not match the filter (it was there 
to keep the tree structure). The user might want to have kept the 
cookie from "bugs.kde.org" and deleted only the cookie 
from "wiki.kde.org".
