How to add missing copyright and license headers to sources?

I can't imagine why it would not be a good idea. Just make sure they
haven't explicitly public domained it somewhere. Also, *PLEASE* don't
use a c-in-parenthesis. It looks good but has no legal bearing. All
that is needed is the word "Copyright."
