i18n change: no more %n in plural calls

Hm, did you perhaps notice that it wrote each converted filename twice? 
That's because its contents is doubled (starting from #!/usr/bin/perl ... 
somewhere in the middle).

The corrected version is committed; I've ordered a new mouse with a normal 
middle-button pressure resistance; put "use strict;" label on my monitor.
