kconfig_compiler as XSLT?

if it would make it easier to hack on kconfig_compiler, that'd be nice. 
otherwise, what's there works so i'm sure it's been a "don't fix what ain't 
broke" kind of thing.

what particular issues are you having with kconfig_compiler?
