QtScript

Hi,
wanted to take a look at QtScript for katepart, if I get some time.
But before I waste my time, will a Qt which containing it (>= Qt 4.3 
snapshots) be a dependency of KDE 4.0 or not and will the qt-copy version be 
updated in the near future?
