kcontrol empty

I'd expect it too be empty as it's not ported properly. I did not put any 
effort into porting it as long as there's no plan on how the KDE4 control 
center is supposed to look in KDE4. I expect the current kcontrol to not stay 
in svn until 4.0.

If you want to use KCMs use kcmshell.
