Krazy Checker for D-pointers

There's nothing wrong in having constructors, destructors or the 
assignment operator private.

Also, Krazy is reporting 4 lines above for the same function (346, 347, 
348, 349), though it's true that that function should be removed from the 
class (as well as that from line 350).
