Shipping a cursor theme with KDE

4.0 would be the first KDE release to ship a cursor theme. That's a new
feature in my books. And it's too late. And the release-team has agreed on
waiting to include the new cursors for 4.1, it's just too late for it now.
I don't think discussing this makes much sense, the discussion has not yielded
any additional useful parameters lately. It has been seriously considered, so
let's just have it in 4.1 and be finish off 4.0 right now.
