I think this is a useful workaround to increate SystemSettings' usability in
the short term, as we work on KCModules to make sure they have a maximum
dimension, but I agree with Matthias.
Generally, putting widgets into scroll areas because they don't fit the
available real estate is a bad hack, and putting this into kdelibs makes it
harder to get the widgets fixed.
If we can't solve the KCModule size problems before 4.0 is released a local
solution in KCMultiWidget would be ok.
