Konsole Part behavior change

Hi all,

First of all, my excuses for cross posting, but I consider this cross posting
a must.

For fixing bug http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153648 I had to change the
Konsole Part's behavior.

When "exit" was written on the last existing terminal or the last tab was
closed, konsole part did restart another session, and we would expect it to
be deleted, as happened on KDE3.

Because of this behavior change, as far as I know, using this part were
Dolphin and KDevelop (KDevPlatform). I've fixed Dolphin's bug [the one above]
and KDevPlatform (the tab is not closed, but it wasn't before Konsole part
was changed, just restarted).

So please, if you are using Konsole part somewhere and you are not expecting
it to be deleted, revisit your code and connect to its destroyed(QObject*)
signal. If you have no time for revisiting your code and want me to fix it,
just speak up.

Bye and thanks,
Rafael Fernández López
