Versioning of kdeinit libraries

yep. unless we recover the brockenboring idea. 

however, versioning them doesn't fix coinstallability: they will still clash 
over the dummy-binary in bin. 

So yes, we could version them, but it doesn't fix anything. And it can always 
be done after 4.0.
