[PATCH] Thin toolbar for System Settings

Hello,
While hacking around in System Settings, trying to make pages fit the
default window size, I realized that quite some space were wasted by the
toolbar. After a bit of work I came up with this result:

Using text beside icons makes sense here imho because there are very few
icons, and we have a large line edit, which aligns better with
the "overview" button.
As you can see on the screenshot, the search result info still fits in.
Is it ok to commit?
