I think you're referring to the khotkeys module, which currently sits in
Systemsettings under Accessiblity. I'm working on that one too, but I
need some help there, as I can't find out why I get a broken connection
inside KActionCollection from it (See

Well, I'm not sure those two kcm's need to be or should/can be merged.
Don't let your mind wander -- it's too little to be let out alone.
