[PATCH] Avoid double margins in KDialog

we could hook it into akonadi and do this only on special dates like state 
holidays or aniversaries in their calendar. this can be used as a nice 
passive notification mechanism: "oh, today must be something special because 
all the windows have massive margins in them." it'll be the new 
string-on-your-finger.
