clarification on git, central repositories and commit access lists

I can't argue with that.

My point is simply that the "mailinglist" page on www.kde.org should list the 
important lists only. I hardly call this list for discussing git & family 
important (in the long run).

I'm happy with the link to the mailman full list and I think the list should 
be archived in lists.kde.org. (I have requested that already)
