Removing kimgio_tiff

Hello,

since Qt4.3, Qt provides a qtiff image format plugin, that provides read/write 
access to TIFF images. It depends on the same library that kimgio_tiff 
requires (libtiff), but kimgio_tiff does not provide writing.

Can kimgio_tiff be removed?
