cmake and QT_QTOPENGL_LIBRARY

I had the same problem yesterday, when i tried to compile kdebase. I
didn't have installed the OpenGL headers, so my Qt was compiled
without OpenGL support. I had to recompile my Qt and now all is fine
:)
