i think the addition to the cpp files is really on the borderline as well,

I don't really care about the copyrights, I was just thinking that KDE,
being a rather big opensource project, was more willing to keep these things
in order then me on KTorrent.
Anyway, I will commit the patch without the copyright modifications.
