KIO::http_post sending buffer problem

Hi,

I still get the problem that i can only send data through a http_post job 
once. The second time it is truncated to an empty string.
I've tracked down the problem and added a patch. I thought it would have been 
fixed before, but it isn't with me upstream (695837).

Therefore I've added a patch. Its simply a replacement of isNull() with 
isEmpty().
