KFileMetaInfo API changes proposal from Strigi

ee.patch is a cumulative KFileMetaInfo and related API changes proposal which 
is based on vdo.patch by Jos van den Oever

There's one unsettled issue:
Jos proposed to make all KFileMetaInfo constructors private besides the 
default one and use MetaInfoJob to set up KFileMetaInfo. Is this reasonable?
