Missing KStaticDeleter

Hi!

The noticable side effect of moving away from KStaticDeleter are crashes 
in at least two places that makes usage of the affected components 
impossible:

I know that Dirk is working on the first one. Not sure whether anyone ran 
into the second one already. My fix would consist of reverting the change 
until someone finds a proper solution. KStaticDeleter might have had its 
shortcomings but it worked way better in these places than what's there 
now.
