EBN const-ref fixes

Are these const-ref return fixes in kdelibs/kdecore OK to commit (on 
Monday, of course)?

I didn't change KGlobal::mainComponent(), because doing so caused issues 
with other headers (the nature of a global header, I guess).

Any of these that shouldn't be changed should get krazy tags, of course.
