There is one fault in the survey - it insists that you choose an icon in some
of the questions. There were two questions where I couldn't identify any
obvious icon for the action in question, so I just had to plump for a random
answer. That won't help the quality of the survey results.
I also would have liked an opportunity for general comments. IMHO the various
16x16 zoom icons are almost indistinguishable from each other - the plus and
minus signs, or lack thereof, are far too small to see easily.
