Ok, just to be clear, I just heard:

nepumuk depends on kdelibs
kdelibs depends on nepomuk*

There is only one way to solve this... put nepomuk in kdelibs. So far I 
personally haven't been convinced by the arguments against something 
"experimental" in kdelibs, so that's my $0.02.

(* or rather, that we would like if KFileWidget could use it)
