Yes, meantime I checked what cmake does, and it automatically adds those 
lines, so for KDE4 there is no practical difference between using "" or 
< >. I don't want to check KDE 3.x, but I remember some issues 
regarding this and the manual need of adding srcdir to path (but maybe 
that was in case of out of source builds).
