KDE 4 translations

I think this has probably been answered before, but I can't find the posting. 
Are KDE 4 translations kept in SVN in trunk/l10n? If so, it seems to have 
been many months since the po files were updated with new messages, for 
kdepim at least. Does scripty not update KDE 4 messages when source files 
change?
