[PATCH] Fixing KAboutData's translator data

Attached is a patch for trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdecore/kaboutdata.cpp

It should fix the problem that the translator page of the "About KDE" dialog 
is always shown, even if there is no translation.

Compared to Urs Wolfer's original patch, this one should work also if the 
translation is empty and, more important, does not compare to the translated 
version of the strings. (Otherwise the translator page would never been 
shown.)

If you find this patch to work, I will commit it.
